Mandatory allied health training
Education providers supervising allied health students in a placement in our facilities must do the following training to support patient, student and staff safety.

Register for iLearn and do the Allied Health Clinical Placement Training.
Hand hygiene and infection control training

Supervisor deed poll
Before you start supervising students in our facilities, send your signed supervisor deed poll and record of allied health training to the Queensland Health clinical educator coordinating the placement.

Preparing students for placements
Before students can start their placement, you must:
- make sure they complete all requirements for students on clinical placements, including their allied health orientation and training
- keep a copy of their signed student orientation checklist and documents
- make sure they give their completed record of allied health student training and student deed poll to their Queensland Health placement facility.
