Mental health and wellbeing support services for our medical workforce

We support our medical workforce through a range of service providers. Each one offers different types of support to help

Employee Assistance Services (EAS)

The EAS offer free and confidential support for all our staff. They can help with a range of personal and professional issues, including relationship or financial challenges, critical incident support and resources to support your wellbeing.

For Queensland Health staff

The EAS offer phone, video and in person sessions and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clinicians

The EAS support clinicians who identify as a First Nations person, or who are working with Mob in the city and remote communities.

Our support line provides a safe space where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are valued, respected and understood. You’ll see a clinician who identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or one with cultural awareness and experience supporting Indigenous communities.
